Keyboard shortcuts

• macOS fix (35765b3): the shortcuts now use ImGui's Shortcut() routing instead of reading raw key state. Ctrl and Cmd now map correctly on macOS, and the shortcuts don't fire while a text field or slider is in use.
• Shortcuts help (9d12596): a new "Keyboard shortcuts" window, opened from the menu, lists the keyboard and mouse controls.
• Full-resolution shortcut (b26f00b): F recomputes the panorama at full resolution.
• Next/previous item (bb3d8b7): Right/Left arrows step through panoramas, images or matches, depending on what's selected.

UI scaling

• Adjustable UI scale (dc6626f, 2b32b86): you can adjust the on top of the monitor's scaling, from -50% to +100% in 5% steps. Use Ctrl/⌘ PLUS and Ctrl/⌘ MINUS, or the new "UI scale" submenu.

CI

• Release step (372bb37): GitHub release notes now start from the previous release's tag, using --notes-start-tag.
