A bit more emphasis on the note to extract the large files before deployment. Related to kromerm#24.

I also wanted to add an extra line to the Word document LAB01 - Seeting up ADF but I haven't figured out how to contribute to these with a pull request... Extra line into pre-requisites on page 3:
