Refresh the daytrader and book-server expected-output to match the Java EE/ Jakarta EE -> Quarkus rule updates in konveyor/rulesets#396 (target Quarkus 3.40): - javaee-pom-to-quarkus rules: updated recommended messages (quarkus.platform.version 3.1.0.Final -> 3.40.1, maven.compiler.release 11 -> 17, compiler-plugin 3.10.1 -> 3.14.0, surefire-plugin 3.0.0 -> 3.6.0 and the copy-paste tag fix, quarkus.package.type=native -> quarkus.native.enabled=true), and removed the trailing ';' typo from the maven-tooling guide link/title. - Added the new hibernate-orm7-to-quarkus rules (00010-00090) to the quarkus/springboot unmatched list; they do not fire on these EE apps. Refresh the EE/Jakarta-path Quarkus rules to target Quarkus 3.40 (LTS). - Apply the "Big Reactive Rename" (relocations removed in Quarkus 3.16): quarkus-resteasy-reactive -> quarkus-rest (214, 217) and quarkus-smallrye-reactive-messaging -> quarkus-messaging (218), with updated guide URLs. - Refresh pom recommendations in 216: quarkus.platform.version 3.1.0.Final -> 3.40.1, maven.compiler.release 11 -> 17, compiler-plugin -> 3.14.0, surefire -> 3.6.0, quarkus.package.type=native -> quarkus.native.enabled=true, and update the Red Hat build of Quarkus docs link. Fix pre-existing copy-paste tag and trailing-';' URL typos. - Bump Jakarta Faces extension versions (213, 215): myfaces-quarkus 4.1.4, quarkus-primefaces 4.16.0, quarkus-omnifaces 4.6.5. - Add 241-hibernate-orm7-to-quarkus rules and tests for Hibernate ORM 7 breaking changes (Session.save/update/delete/get/load, @where -> @SQLRestriction, @orderby -> @SQLOrder, hibernate-jpamodelgen -> hibernate-processor, Panache Sort -> Jakarta Data Order). - Update affected test assertions and fix a pre-existing broken messageMatches in the 216 test.
