Fix/UI tweaks and polish

Description

This PR implements a comprehensive, top-tier UI/UX overhaul across the application, adopting a modern "Bento-Grid" aesthetic. It also polishes minor branding inconsistencies requested by the community.

🎨 UI/UX Changes

• Bento Grid Layout: Refactored index.html and project.html to utilize sleek, heavily rounded bento-box cards.
• Premium Hero Section: Added a dynamic, abstract glowing background orb (blur-[120px]) and updated typography to be bolder and more authoritative.
• Navbar & Branding: Cleaned up the floating pill navbar. Removed the full stop from the "DevPath" logo and removed the pulsing badge from the hero section.
• Borderless Dark Mode: Removed harsh borders in favor of deep, soft shadows, creating a true borderless glass effect.
• Floating UI: Introduced a floating asymmetrical tech-stack card and animated roadmap timelines on the project detail page.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Implemented robust dictionary parsing in main_routes.py to gracefully handle unformatted JSON resource links, preventing 500 Internal Server Errors on project loads.

Testing

• Verified Light/Dark mode toggles correctly without visual artifacts.
• Verified project pages load successfully without 500 errors.
• Verified mobile responsiveness of the new Bento Grid.

@Ayush-kathil the concept is amazing, but many people are working on this codespace at this time so there will be issues with merge conflicts. I suggest you wait for few days before existing issues are resolved and then you can start working on the fresh codespace. Thanks for understanding.
