fix The menu in the navigation bar does not read the information from the route

Clicking on join court leads to court menu but doesn't change the highlight #152

what i do

1 Added a hook to read information from the route “use-menu-selectkey”
2 Added two components to the menu of pc and mobile “components/menu”
3 Deleted data that is no longer needed “bootstrap/app.js”
