The run_analysis.R analyze the data collected from the accelerometers from the Samsung Galaxy S smartphone. The data set is available in (https://d396qusza40orc.cloudfront.net/getdata%2Fprojectfiles%2FUCI%20HAR%20Dataset.zip)
To run run_analysis.R,
- unzip the data set to a folder
- copy run_analysis.R to install folder/getdata-projectfiles-UCI HAR Dataset/UCI HAR Dataset
The function run_analysis() runs without any argument. It will load the test dataset and train dataset from the test and train folders respectively.
