Add
session usage --no-syncfor consumers that need archived usage without triggering a source refresh on every lookup. The flag preserves authenticated session-ID resolution, full subagent attribution, breakdowns, and the existing missing-session and no-data exit codes. Default usage queries still refresh sources. The local path uses the existing no-sync daemon policy; a newly started daemon has source synchronization disabled, and disabled autostart requires an existing compatible daemon. Recent usage becomes visible after a watcher or separate sync indexes it.
