What it does

• Scans regular + multi markets every 30 minutes.
• Sends two reports (both include “New markets for the last 24 hours:” block):
  • 30-minute momentum (top movers at :00 / :30)
  • Daily digest pinned once per day (defaults to 14:00 MSK / 11:00 UTC).
