Good work! I liked how you justified the sampling strategy

PULL REQUEST TITLE: UofT-DSI | Sampling - Assignment 2
What changes are you trying to make? (e.g. Adding or removing code, refactoring existing code, adding reports)
Creating a survey design for Scenario 1 and evaluating the Canadian General Social Survey on Giving, Volunteering, and Participating, 2018 (cycle 33).
What did you learn from the changes you have made?
Choosing a correct sampling method based on the scenario; designing a strategy to account for errors, biases, and limitations; and creating questions that are relevant but concise to increase response rate.
I also learned how imputations are incorporated in large surveys to help with non-response limitations and how weighted values are used at different parts of the survey.
Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?
No
Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?
Determining what type of questions would be appropriate for Part A. I reviewed the lecture slides and examples to gain insight and practice for creating the questions.
How were these changes tested?
