UPDATE (6/29): Now on commit 4b3d0e74cc03b3c608159ab7a6574ed5f280cd74 on the branch for Vis2. All the reads are loaded beforehand, which is only possible for very small files. However, the browser is dynamic and allows scrolling and zooming without reloading. View it here.

UPDATE (6/15): For commit a2b87bc..475dbd1 on the branch for Visualization, I created a local static browser. Each read is represented by a blue bar, and when hovered over displays the read name. An axis at the bottom of the graphic shows the reference region.
