feat: adopt tuff for capability management, add an agent-top skill - #23
Merged
Conversation
Installs and tracks the project's skills and MCP servers with tuff (tuffcli.dev): rust-best-practices, the tuff-cli-guide and tuff-capabilities skills, and the Linear MCP server. Adds a new agent-top skill teaching an agent when to reach for the CLI itself — live view, cost report, tracing a slow turn, spotting a leaked MCP process. Also credits tuff on the docs site's Uses section, starred as a project from agent-top's own creator.
