added new delete sync option to keep raindrop and obsidian in 1-1 relationship
forgot to change the argument var to a tfile instead of string
move it outside of the for loop.
when using the 1-1 sync have option for using obsidian trash instead of perm delete
fixed tag formats so that the spaces in raindrop dont create multiple tags in Obsidian
