See Your Github Contributions chart

Call Github api to get contributions calendar data.
On Ubuntu install sudo apt-get install libjson-perl.

To test it:

$ perl git-cal --github=mhor

Sorry for code quality I never used Perl before. Feel free to modifying my pull request.

This feature was added few weeks ago ( efe40e0) but had to revert as it has external dependency and few people were having issues ( #29 ). Need to somehow make homebrew install the dependency easily, until then let's keep this open. Thank you
