- no longer required server password
- rconenabled server start flag doesn't actually enable rcon, so enable it manually
- added graceful shutdown via sigterm trap and rcon save and exit on server
- switched from Buildah to Docker buildx as some folks have reported issues with buildah images on older versions of Docker with Ubuntu 22.04
