- Add detect_distro() function to support Fedora (dnf) alongside Ubuntu/Debian (apt)
- Skip AppArmor configuration on Fedora (uses SELinux instead)
- Replace wget headers parsing with Cursor API JSON endpoint for reliable version fetching
- Update icon URL from mintlify S3 to cursor.com/favicon.svg
- Add jq dependency for JSON parsing
- Improve download progress with proper Content-Length handling
- Fix version detection and download URL resolution
