Release v0.10.0.
Corrected several mainly Joomla specific details.
It is still not a version 1.0! It is an early release to get the idea of this component: migrate content via the web services API from a source CMS to a target CMS. The component is only software in the middle of this migration and doesn't have to be installed on the source or target CMS. For convenience, when the target CMS is Joomla, just install the component there.
