This Python version of p model was developed from R version, find the original codes here --> (https://github.com/stineb/rpmodel). Please note that Jinmu is not the author of p model, but only transplant the P model into python. So, any academic questions should contact the authors Dr.stocker(https://github.com/stineb/rpmodel).
Both [calc.py] and [fuc.py] are include main functions, [Pmodel.py] is the work flow of p model, [developer manual.py] contain the variables name and variables definitions.
