devbranch.go vet ./....go fmt ./....This PR updates maven-dep-tree.jar to a new version and updates the maven commands versions and download scripts
This PR depends on jfrog/maven-dep-tree#24 which fixes a bug when building some dep trees using the plugin.
In addition this PR fixes a caching issue with maven-dep-tree plugin version so the failing Curation test that have failied due to maven issue (DoCurationAudit) now pass
