The parameter introduced in #67 (specifically 1dfffb2 AFAICT) is not actually used. Confusing in jenkinsci/artifact-manager-s3-plugin#619 (I am trying to simplify), https://github.com/jenkinsci/compress-artifacts-plugin/blob/a630439048b97242497f939b39094383277b6551/src/test/java/org/jenkinsci/plugins/compress_artifacts/CompressingArtifactManagerFactoryTest.java#L43 (apparently unused), and https://github.com/jenkinsci/azure-artifact-manager-plugin/blob/49835a443882d180399fbe166dc815c097483034/src/test/java/com/microsoft/jenkins/artifactmanager/IntegrationTests/ArtifactManagerIT.java#L169 (already passing null).
