Introduced in jenkinsci/workflow-durable-task-step-plugin#231, already copied to a CloudBees CI plugin, and now in jenkinsci/workflow-durable-task-step-plugin#323 probably needed also in both
durable-taskandworkflow-api, which have no common dependencies. In general it is pretty common to want to log exceptions of this type at a low level. Makes more sense to define it in Remoting where it can be easily reused.
