#1504 (review)

@dwnusbaum it would be nice if part of the CERT process were making sure bom gets updated with patches to any managed plugins.

Discussed with the CERT team and we are planning on filing PRs once the advisory is out. We are not currently planning on doing any additional testing specifically for the PCT setup in this repo though.

See #1507 for now. workflow-cps was already few versions out of date because ionicons-api has not been added to the BOM yet, and IDK how you all want to handle that plugin in the old LTS lines.

OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. You can also ignore all major, minor, or patch releases for a dependency by adding an ignore condition with the desired update_types to your config file.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.
