As per jenkins-infra/jenkins.io#4876.
Note https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/plugin-development/choosing-jenkins-baseline/#currently-recommended-versions currently suggests 2.332.3 rather than the .4 security release. @daniel-beck any idea offhand why?
