The *_MIN/MAX macros are not available on conforming compilers unless __STDC_LIMIT_MACROS is defined. One has to, however, define NOMINMAX because someone thought it's a good idea to define macros "min" and "max" in a common header...

The pull request enables the user to set a standard logger object that will receive log events. We use winston logger for this purpose.
It allows to trace sapnw API calls and, on a higher level, also other things that happen within the module.
