  • Our BDWGC was quite old
  • The GC can't find objects through thread-local values
  • The GC can't find objects through system-allocated containers
  • We now have malloc redirection
  • We can now enable GC assertions with a CMake flag

Remove BppTree

It leaks, leads to premature GC, takes too long to compile, and doesn't
support runtime sorting functions. We'll need a new solution.

For now, we're deep copying standard containers, which isn't going to
last us very long.
