Release v1.0.0-beta.1

This is the first beta release of Zap 1.0.0. There is currently no documentation, but a project can be setup with zap new and can be run with zap run. There are many missing essential features in this release - this is mostly for feedback on API and ideas for future API.

Please both expect and let me know of bugs and issues. Zap 1.0 is currently unstable.
