Librime is library for Chineese input method.

There are two useful tools in librime which are not available on Windows.

1. rime_deployer a command line tool to deploy dict.
2. rime_dict_manager a command line tool to manager user dict.

I compiled the x64 version rime_deployer.exe and rime_dict_manager.exe with MinGW64 and librime master 87e4c73. (v1.3.7 with update)

They are not depend on rime.dll.
