Robotics Engineer · RX Product Owner · Independent Researcher
I build robot systems and study how perception, learning, and control meet the constraints of implementation. I am the RX Product Owner at ROBOTIS and hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Soongsil University.
My public work connects robot navigation, constrained assembly, and research with explicit assumptions and limits.

Contributed real-robot and simulation launch separation, LiDAR scan handling, Nav2 configuration, and documentation to ROBOTIS AntBot. PR #1 was merged on 13 April 2026.
Ontology Neural Network and ORTSF: A Framework for Topological Reasoning and Delay-Robust Control — International Journal of Topology.
Sole-author journal article, published 12 May 2026. Subsequent research audits narrowed or superseded some original claims; see the current research status. Published article
A study of legal-action masked DQN and robot regrasp constraints on a Doosan M0609. Jaehong Oh, Seungjun Jung, and Sawoong Kim are the coauthors; I am the first author of the August 2025 preprint.
Joint preprint · Project repository
v0.1.0 simulation source preview, released 8 October 2026.
Post-release verification failures remain unresolved; not yet qualified for physical deployment or available as an installable product. Personal project, separate from employer work.
I maintain public research notes on representation, perception, and control, including negative results and changes in claim status.
- ONN / ORTSF status: the journal publication remains part of the record; later analysis narrowed its claims. Claims in the separate Lyapunov and constraint-satisfaction preprints were withdrawn on my archive. This is distinct from a formal journal retraction or arXiv withdrawal.
- ULR: an ongoing programme; no additional neural-specific ULR ontology is established in its current registry.
- SCC: an earlier research direction, preserved with its limits and open questions.
- Cognitive robotics: SEGO and Towards Cognitive Collaborative Robots are preprints.

I welcome technical exchanges on robot navigation, constrained learning and manipulation, and the reproduction of narrowly stated research claims. Contributions, experiments, and publications are linked above so readers can inspect the work and its scope.
This is my personal profile, not an official statement from my employer. Updated 10 October 2026.
