This PR adds support for Invidious's download endpoint to companion.
It doesn't however force the download of the video. The /videoplayback endpoint that the handler eventually redirects to will need to add the Content-Disposition like so to enforce that behavior
Subtitles also aren't supported yet as that'll require porting over Invidious's captions endpoint
