DOI in BST

Changes:

• Added DOI printing in BST file
• Changed citations to meaningful reference books for the community

Possible addition:

• add paragraph that we encourage authors to add DOIs, maybe refer to the ISMIR Zenodo community as a general resource and/or DBLP

Good to add DOIs to the template. Could you please make similar changes to the word template too? The latex and word template need to have identical content and information. Thanks!
