This PR closes #1719 and #1802. It depends on the previous PRs implementing pool membership management features so only the last commit should be reviewed.
Raft groups are now formed through the admin API with
dssctlinstead of--raft_peers.--raft_node_idand--raft_peersare replaced by--raft_url, the URL at which the other nodes reach this node and which identifies the node.Tested locally:
