feat(data-plane): deploy Rust edge and node proxy

Summary

• deploy the Rust Edge Frontend and per-node Node Proxy while keeping the feature disabled by default;
• package verified openYuanRong core/data-plane artifacts and the patched gVisor runtime;
• add repeatable create/invoke/delete throughput tools and stable sandbox command identifiers;
• restrict faas.create advertisement to compute nodes and preserve monitor storage configuration;
• update sandboxd and openYuanRong dependency pins to reachable rebased revisions.

Interface changes

Adds optional Helm values and environment variables for the Rust data plane. Existing deployments keep dataPlane.enabled=false and continue using the legacy router/DNAT path.

Validation

• Helm lint passed.
• Modified deployment shell scripts pass bash -n.
• Benchmark unit tests passed; backend integration is covered by the final Buildkite run.
• cn-north-4 create, invoke and delete regression passed before rebase.
• openYuanRong Buildkite #182 passed all 11 jobs, including the final sandbox-sdk gitlink, with the Rust data-plane gateway, sandbox package and K8s smoke disabled.
• openYuanRong Buildkite #183 passed all 21 jobs with the Rust data plane, sandbox package and Test K8S enabled, covering deployment, direct traffic, lifecycle, files, commands, PTY, tunnel payloads up to 10 MB and port forwarding. The subsequent StartResponse cleanup removes redundant port echoing; final rebuild is deferred as requested.
