This was the last release to work with the end google calendar UI.

Added a toggle button!

Bugs fixed:

Don't remove non-ascii chars because it messes with non-english.
Remove duplicate color indicators when viewing hidden events in month view.
Hide floating reply symbol.
Don't include the event location as part of the title when merging.
