Remove Linux i386 from the test matrix and delete its multilib/toolchain setup. Update the README to mark Linux i386 unsupported and describe the remaining CI coverage.
This removes the refc and orc i386 jobs, including their libp2p and lsquic compatibility checks. The remaining eight matrix combinations are unchanged.
