Add packaged Amazon ordering skill

Summary

• expand the outside Amazon shopping area into a much larger shopping district with aisle routing and section zones
• add an enclosed shopping building shell, entrance opening, and stronger grocery / mall visual treatment around the shopping district
• keep the Amazon shop interaction and disabled/install-gated flow attached to the outside shopping building
