Follow-up to #1651 (comment).
This PR very slightly bumps the
paddingvalue passed to theflipandpreventOverflowmodifiers of theTooltip.This gives the Tooltip some extra breathing room visually and prevents it from physically touching the edge of the viewport/container.
Testing
For testing, I modified the code sample from #1651 and added a pink outline around the Tooltip's
::beforepseudo-element to visualize its bounds.
