Remove myself from maintainers

Hey @c2bo -- it's been a while!! I hope you are well.

While this is good to have documented, this doesn't actually remove you as a maintainer. For that, you have to remove yourself from this file -- https://github.com/LF-Decentralized-Trust/governance/blob/main/config.yaml via a PR. More recent versions of the Maintainers file just points to that file vs. maintaining a text-only list of the maintainers.

Hey @swcurran, I am doing great and I hope you are as well? Are you going to be at IIW?

I've been wondering where the teams for the repos are managed, but the repo you linked seems to not have my github handle or email in it and I see nothing in the hyperledger org? I'll try to leave the github team and see if that works.

Sorry about the wrong path -- I should have looked a bit more carefully.

Not likely going to make IIW this time. I'm not particularly comfortable with the handling of visitors to the US :-(.
