Cannot establish connections anymore into DIDS directly

Description

Over time with several improvements we have lost the ability to establish DIDComm connections in the SDK with DIDs directly.

Establishing a connection involves creating a handshake message and sending it over DIDcomm, agent connection manager is already exposed but adding a connection requires a DIDCommConnection which was no longer exposed
