Nice work, thanks! I'm glad someone else is using this plugin :) I just quickly put it together for my former work when I realised nobody tried to integrate build notifictions with Github/Bamboo. Just one thing: Do you know if it is possible to provide a default value for the Github host? |

by default, CommitService goes to api.github.com, which does not work for github Enterprise edition.
