Prealpha: proof of concept demonstrator click

• MyCroft just as it is (except for the voice) just packed into a click - don't ask how
• The MyCroft processes are not suspended as long as you not switch it off by the button in the GUI. Letting it run will result in massive battery drain
• SSH Server has to be enabled - don't ask why
• Sometimes it takes MyCroft a bit longer to get the answer verbalized. Theres no signalization yet whether MyCroft is about to answer or has silently failed, so be patient but not too patient... ;-)
• But be a bit patient on (first) start up, MyCroft needs to get its skills sorted first
