Kill Switch Extension License Agreement

1. Ownership
   The Kill Switch Extension source code, assets, documentation, and all related materials (“Software”) are proprietary to Houtan Rocky. No transfer of ownership is granted by this license.

2. Limited License
   You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to install and use the Software solely for evaluation and personal use. Any commercial use, distribution, sublicensing, modification, or derivative work is strictly prohibited without prior written and signed permission from Houtan Rocky.

3. Restrictions
   - You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute the Software in any form.
   - You may not modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
   - You may not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise exploit the Software for any commercial purpose.

4. Commercial Licensing
   Commercial use of the Software requires a separate, fully executed commercial license agreement signed by Houtan Rocky. To request such a license, contact houtan.rocky@gmail.com with details about your intended use.

5. Enforcement
   Unauthorized use, distribution, or modification of the Software is a violation of applicable laws and will result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and attorney fees.

6. Disclaimer
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL HOUTAN ROCKY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. Acceptance
   By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree, you must cease all use of the Software immediately.
