Hi there 👋

I'm Mandela Houngnibo, an agro-hydro-meteorologist serving as a junior expert at AGRHYMET RCC-WAS. Previously, I worked at METEO BENIN as the Head of the Studies and Meteorological Development Section.

Bio

Throughout my academic journey, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric Sciences and pursued a Master’s degree in Agrometeorology. I'm currently a PhD candidate in agriculture and water sciences. You can find a list of my publications here.
