USF-1182-Boilerplate Displays a Store Switcher

• Shopper can change country (US to Canada) in the commerce boilerplate, they are navigated to a second store with a different domain name and see different catalog, different prices and taxes, payment and delivery options as configured in Admin.
• Once the store is changed the default store view is applied, so shopper sees the default locale (English-Canada) applied - experience localized according to the Admin configuration, drop-ins and EDS localization files.
