feat: AutomatedFeatureDiscovery, modularise SimpleSteerer

Feature

• Implemented a Bulk Feature Discovery feature embed 🎉
  • Allows researchers to explore steering multiple potentially-useful features at once; with a custom input prompt!
• Also: modularised the SimpleSteerer logic along the way
  • Added a custom ApiKey field + Proxy so users can input their key to reduce load off a locally-running server.

Key File Impacts

• Primarily the SimpleSteerer-related ones :))
• Will add some tests to validate new functionality

Testing

• Validated a fresh clone works fine ✅
• Todo: simplesteerer + apikey testing!
