updated the fxmanifest to work with new qbcore by removing '@qb-core/import.lua' as qb core no longer uses this
updated client to find the global for QBCore with the new update this is what the import was used for before but now its been removed it cannot find the global

removed the import.lua from fxmanifest and added a line of code to the client so it can find the global QBCore which is what the import.lua used to do in previous versions
