Allow metadata to be added to friendship edges in either direction. Tag provider imported friendships with metadata on their origin.

Allow friend edges to have a custom metadata field.
Friend metadata field is automatically set with provider value if imported from Facebook or Steam.
Add runtime FriendMetadataUpdate runtime function to update friend metadata.
