Summary

replace the deprecated @sourcegraph/amp dependency with @ampcode/cli
teach the extractor to read @ampcode/cli native binaries while keeping legacy dist/main.js fallback
update bump/regeneration workflows and remove the bogus generated prompts/prompt.md bundle capture

Verification

bun install --frozen-lockfile
bun run extract
git diff --check
