A minor release with only a couple user visible enhancements.

• You can now place an Actor on a sequence diagram and draw an association to the start of the sequence diagram.
• Archived the original "About" dialog (too hard to maintain) and created a simpler one
• Created a new preference for how to display the file history entries
• Removed to old table-based log control dialog and created a simpler one

All the other updates are internal changes.
