Remove old environment variables and secrets #680

Story

As a developer, I want to keep my repository and environments clean so that we can effectively manage our codebase and resources without clutter.

Description

There are secrets and variables defined in the lucky-parking repository for GitHub Actions. @glenflorendo removed the Repository secrets, however, he was not able to delete the Organization secrets. He probably does not have the right access to do so.

Acceptance Criteria

• The repository is cleaned of any lingering, obsolete secrets and variables.
