Description

Establish the core data infrastructure to collect, process, and store source and user activity data. This ensures scalability, governance, and reliable access for downstream analytics.

Outcome

  • Automated daily (or near real-time) ingestion from all critical MVP data sources.
  • Unified schema for core parking data entities
  • <24h delay between source data and production layer
  • <24h delay between production data and analytics layer
