- Full scene coverage: All scenes processed, no truncation
- Incremental summarization: Chapter summaries maintain narrative context
- Configurable chunking: Character limit adjustable via SCENE_CHUNK_MAX_CHARS
- Cleaner architecture: Removed appearance counting complexity
- Better context: Chapter summaries used in BookSynthesis for improved analysis
